Product Regulatory Counsel

The candidate will review for all health and nutrition, cosmetic and garden related products and review for contracts, marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Perform legal research in laws and regulations, affecting the sale and distribution of all health and nutrition, cosmetic, and home and garden-related products. In charge of the preparation of applications, filings, responses, and documentation for regulatory and government agencies. Provide counsel to the executive team regarding the creation, sale, and distribution of all health and nutrition, cosmetics, and home and garden products. Provide support in the creation and approval of product marketing goods. Juris Doctor Degree or equivalent. Should have 5-10 years of Corporate legal and/or FDA-related experience. Advanced writing and speaking proficiency in English. Must be a state-licensed attorney in the United States and in good standing. Proficient use of MS Office Products. Above moderate to high levels in reading comprehension, writing, and speaking; active listening; attention to detail; critical thinking; complex problem solving; and judgment.
