A law firm in Reno, NV, is seeking a Senior Health Care Regulatory Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in health care regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing providers and professional entities in various aspects of health care law, including business transactions, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid statutory and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, as well as a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to health care providers and professional entities.
• Handle a wide range of health care regulatory matters, including business transactions, fraud and abuse issues such as Stark and anti-kickback laws, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex health care regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to health care regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop effective strategies and solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing health care regulatory law.
• Proven experience representing providers and professional entities in business transactions, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
