A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Chicago, IL. The role involves supporting the national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team. Candidates should have 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience, with up to 8 years considered.

Duties

• Collaborate with health care-focused clients on regulatory and transactional matters.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex legal matters.
• Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners and clients.
• Contribute to the strategic goals of the Health Care Practice Group.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience.
• Experience with health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
