Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant family law experience in Texas for remote roles.
• Minimum of 2+ years of solid family law experience for on-site roles.
• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of two years.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Passion for conducting hearings, mediations, and consults.
• Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
• Reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity.
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and client management software.
