A law firm located in Whitefish, MT, is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney II with a strong track record in mediation, trial, legal research, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, marketing abilities, and the capability to manage a dynamic schedule. This role requires extensive experience in mediation and trial, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. The candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the state or eligible for reciprocal admission.

Duties:

• Successfully conduct mediations and trials.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents.
• Market personal and firm services to prospective clients.
• Perform discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information.
• Conduct due diligence in all matters.
• Manage a schedule to accommodate consultations and closure of consultations.
• Actively engage in brand expansion through various channels.
• Seek positive feedback from satisfied clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state or eligibility for reciprocal admission.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state.
