Duties

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
• Create comprehensive estate plans for clients.
• Guide clients through probate and trust administration.
• Advise on asset protection and wealth transfer strategies.
• Explain complex legal concepts to clients in clear terms.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate administration.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Experience in guardianship matters.
• Ability to advise on tax implications.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
