Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial acquisition documentation, including stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Prepare shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Manage transaction teams across multiple disciplines and practice groups.
• Oversee transactions from due diligence through closing.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant corporate experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
