Duties

• Serve as the primary contact for privilege-related issues during document review.
• Design and implement privilege sweeps and screens.
• Consult with case teams on privilege questions and strategies.
• Ensure review workflows adhere to established privilege protocols.
• Draft and finalize privilege logs upon review completion.
• Oversee and conduct quality control of AI-assisted privilege reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• Technical proficiency in AI-assisted privilege reviews.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Relativity preferred.
