Location

Duties

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions.

• Provide counsel on merger control issues, including pre-merger notification requirements and regulatory filings.

• Draft legal documents including memoranda, motions, briefs, and client advisories.

• Collaborate closely with partners and teams across practices and geographies.

• Support compliance efforts and strategic planning related to antitrust risk.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

• Experience with U.S. federal and/or global competition law frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex casework and regulatory reviews.

• Eligible to practice law in the United States.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and good standing in the Bar of the jurisdiction where the position is based or where the candidate resides.

Skills

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• In-depth understanding of antitrust litigation processes and merger review procedures.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and legal teams.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
