Duties: Complying with state and federal laws to meet corporate and client contractual requirements and fulfills licensing and reporting obligations. Works with multiple business units on identification, mitigation, and reporting of cross-functional matters and risks related to security, data privacy, anti-fraud efforts, complaint coordination and legal document review. Research and analysis, and accurate documentation for reporting to clients and LTCG’s leadership. Obligations and functions may vary based on the regulatory or operations focus and business need. May serve as a subject matter expert during client implementations, audits, and system or process development. Other duties and projects as assigned include triaging, quality review, policy and procedure maintenance and time managing multiple competing priorities. Coordinate and perform investigations, facilitate mitigation and prepare responses, working closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure appropriate resolution, accurate reporting and tracking to meet client specific service level agreements. Perform legal/regulatory research, provide accurate analysis, document clear and concise effective responses and recommendations for leadership. Identify, analyze, and summarize newly enacted legislation and regulation impacting long term care insurance administration. Support TPA licensure and Secretary of State filings, renewals and regulatory reporting.
