Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload involving a range of insurance defense matters

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Provide timely reporting and updates to clients and insurance carriers

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings (in person and virtual)

• Collaborate with partners, junior associates, and legal support staff

• Contribute to client development and long-term case strategy

• Mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation or related practice areas

• Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision

• Strong courtroom presence and confidence in handling appearances

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing capabilities

• Excellent oral advocacy and litigation skills

• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency with case management systems and legal software
