Real Estate/Tax Office Assistant

The candidate will mail and file real estate tax checks to tax offices within the US and Canada. Enter and scan real estate tax bills, assess value notices, and other related documents to the Real Estate tax department tax program for clients. Data entry - real estate tax bills and assessed value notices. Scan images - real estate tax bills, assessed value notices, and other related. Prepare and mail real estate tax checks on a timely (very important) basis. File and organize electronic data and hard copy files. Make daily runs to local courthouses. Perform other duties as assigned by Attorneys, Paralegals, and Managers within the department/practice group. Perform various research duties and prepare reports. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience working within Real Estate Tax group is a plus. Experience with internet searching is required.
