Duties

• Conduct thorough title reviews and identify filings affecting processes.
• Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings in the Greensboro area.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and attorneys for efficient file progression.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina, in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Courtroom experience and confidence in oral advocacy are advantageous.
