Duties

• Handle contentious and non-contentious family matters for diverse clients.
• Manage divorce cases, including financial disputes and property division.
• Prepare and review marital agreements such as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
• Represent clients in child custody matters, including paternity and visitation.
• Provide comprehensive advice on all areas of family law.
• Engage in business development activities to build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a law firm's family law group.
• California Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
