Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project finance or related fields.
• Experience with energy transition or digital infrastructure financings.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
