Job Overview

A nationally operating law firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse and expanding client base. This role is best suited for attorneys with at least 5 years of litigation experience who are comfortable managing complex caseloads and working in a remote-first environment. Candidates must be licensed in one or more of the following states: California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, or Indiana. This opportunity is presented by a legal recruiting agency on behalf of the firm.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel and determine the best legal strategy for client matters

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and memoranda

• Manage administrative tasks related to client matters, including invoicing and scheduling

• Communicate regularly with clients and legal team regarding case developments

• Identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest

• Lead case strategy development and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience

• Experience managing cases from intake through resolution

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Willingness to travel for client meetings or court appearances as needed

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active law license in one or more of the following states:

  • California

  • Nevada

  • Texas

  • Florida

  • Indiana
