Job Overview
A nationally operating law firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse and expanding client base. This role is best suited for attorneys with at least 5 years of litigation experience who are comfortable managing complex caseloads and working in a remote-first environment. Candidates must be licensed in one or more of the following states: California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, or Indiana. This opportunity is presented by a legal recruiting agency on behalf of the firm.

Duties
Provide legal counsel and determine the best legal strategy for client matters
Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and memoranda
Manage administrative tasks related to client matters, including invoicing and scheduling
Communicate regularly with clients and legal team regarding case developments
Identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest
Lead case strategy development and execution
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
Experience managing cases from intake through resolution
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to travel for client meetings or court appearances as needed
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active law license in one or more of the following states:
California
Nevada
Texas
Florida
Indiana
Skills
Strong legal writing and research capabilities
Excellent communication and client service skills
Proficiency with legal software and remote collaboration tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
