A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and be capable of drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
• Advise clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options.
• Analyze legal situations to solve clients' problems and create strategic plans.
• Communicate with clients about asset distribution plans.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of estate planning.
• Experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship required.
• Medicaid and special needs planning experience is a plus.
• Ability to commute to Miami-Dade and Broward offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.
• Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, and real estate law.
