Investment Funds, Registered Funds Associate

The candidate' must have one to five years of experience working as an associate in the Investment Funds practice of a global law firm. Candidates will have advised on transactional matters in connection with forming, structuring and advising open-end funds, including ETFs, and closed-end funds, including interval/tender offer funds, across asset classes, including public and private equity, fixed income and other credit instruments, real estate and infrastructure. Also seeking candidates with experience advising on business development company (BDC) matters, including ongoing operational and reporting matters. Experience in governance-related compliance and regulatory matters in relation to registered funds and BDCs is a plus. Ideal candidates possess outstanding analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong academic credentials. Juris Doctor, Master of Law, or foreign equivalent, and New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
