A law firm is seeking a Lateral Commercial Real Estate Partnership Track Associate Attorney with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Job Overview: The ideal candidate will join a prestigious law firm's Commercial Real Estate practice and will be on a partnership track. They must possess top academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and a proven track record of high achievement.

Duties:

• Handle sophisticated real estate transactions including purchases, leasing, and finance.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to commercial real estate matters.
• Assist in negotiations and closings of real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various real estate matters.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Louisiana.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate law.
• Experience working in a law firm with a substantial Commercial Real Estate practice is preferred.
• Exceptional academic credentials with strong writing skills.
• Track record of high achievement and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent references demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Education/Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Current state Bar license in Louisiana.
