Duties

• Advise companies on customs valuation, tariff classification, and country-of-origin issues.
• Litigate supply chain and commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings and motions with precision.
• Develop case strategies and manage matters independently or collaboratively.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in international trade and customs law.
• Experience with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Court of International Trade preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
