Duties:

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
• Advising clients on estate and trust administration
• Assisting with tax planning, including strategies for transfer tax and gift tax issues
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex estate planning matters
• Conducting client meetings to discuss estate plans, tax considerations, and long-term financial goals
• Researching and staying up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and tax regulations
• Managing a caseload of estate planning and probate matters
• Providing legal guidance and recommendations to clients regarding asset protection and wealth transfer strategies

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in estate planning, tax law, or a related practice
• Strong understanding of estate planning documents, transfer tax, and related areas of law
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and casework independently
• Excellent communication, drafting, and research skills
• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar, or the ability to obtain it
