Duties: Provide general and organizational support to the HR and HRIS Department. Enter and update employee information into Workday. Respond professionally to telephone calls and emails to the HRIS hotline and direct inquiries appropriately. Work with department manager on project management of end user issues, configuration issues and new Workday functionality to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Prepare and continuously maintain Workday training materials including the Intranet Wiki and QuickReference Cards. Represent management by communicating and obtaining information and following-up on delegated assignments. Assist with Workday testing of the semi-annual release as well as updates throughout the year. Assist with Workday onboarding and new hire training. Run Workday reports. Maintain confidentiality of all data. Update job knowledge by participating in internal and external training opportunities. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested for successful operation of the department.
