Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate's responsibilities will include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and assisting our senior attorneys at oral arguments, depositions, and trials. Should have 1-4 years of experience practicing law, but recent law school graduates who have exceptional academic performance and who have sat for the Illinois bar exam. Must demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills, including researching and analyzing case law and intricate regulations and statutes; drafting persuasive arguments; identifying, summarizing, and tracking key facts, documents, and testimony; and understanding and managing complex litigation.
