Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Arkansas State Bar.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Law Review or Journal experience.
• LL.M. in Taxation from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of legal practice in estate planning, elder law, or business planning.
• Proficiency in WealthCounsel drafting software.
