Assistant State Attorney – Child Support Program
The candidate handle a large volume caseload with emphasis on many aspects of civil litigation including basic and complex issues relating to paternity, support, enforcement, modifications, UIFSA cases and other related child support issues. Duties include drafting pleadings and other legal documents, case preparation and court presentation before General Magistrates, Hearing Officers, and Judges. Training on and operation of the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS) is a required component of the job function. Preference may be given to Florida Bar members with 1 year of family law experience.
