Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and recommendations for clients.
• Review and analyze documents for litigation preparation.
• Manage all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, from case evaluation to trial.

Requirements

• Strong litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality legal representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills to craft effective legal strategies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New York State (NY Bar).
