Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Studies or a related field.
• Licensed Attorney in New York.
• Proven experience in subrogation, insurance, or related litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• JD or LLM in Legal Studies or a related field.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed Attorney in New York.
