Duties

• Conduct case intake and assess client needs
• Develop and manage case budgets
• Perform legal research and provide strategic advice
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation
• Handle appeals as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the relevant state and federal courts
• Certificate(s) of Good Standing from appropriate governing bodies

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• Certificate(s) of Good Standing
