Job Overview:

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings related to labor and employment disputes.

Duties:

• Advise clients on labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
• Conduct internal investigations into employment-related complaints.
• Assist with labor union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 4-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Experience handling litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Certifications:
