"Summer Program
The program is designed to maximize the exposure of summer associates to various practice groups, industries and client teams. Will research and help prepare briefs on cutting-edge legal issues. Attend client meetings, trials and deal negotiations. Help prepare attorneys for oral arguments. Attend court events, including hearings featuring the legal work contributed to. Participate in mediation and/or arbitration sessions. Participate in corporate closings. Summer associates are also invited to firm-wide continuing education programs and to substantive presentations on emerging legal issues. Should have completed second year of law school."
