Duties

• Provide legal advice and representation in negotiations and before federal and state agencies.
• Engage with legislative committees, municipalities, and local governmental agencies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience working with technical experts and new technologies.
• Strategic thinking and advocacy skills.
• Initiative and creativity in legal approaches.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
