Paralegal

The candidate should have an associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent experience required. Experience in case/client management strongly preferred. Familiarity with local community needs strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse low-income and disadvantaged populations strongly preferred. Able to work under pressure in an empathetic and professional manner. Ability to manage a busy practice, work independently, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain good working relationships with fellow team members. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills required. Paralegal experience preferred. Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to various parts of Kauai.
