The candidate will be to communicate with borrowers/authorized third parties over the phone or via email regarding their requests for updated financial figures (payoff and reinstatement figures to cure any outstanding default on debt); will assist in assigning these requests out to the Payoff and Reinstatement Clerk staff for handling based on priority. Utilize several client systems to request updated financials and escalation to clients as needed based on the priority of the request and upcoming foreclosure sales.
