Duties

Requirements

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience, including defending tort claims.
• Experience in preparing pleadings and discovery documents.
• Proficiency in arguing motions and attending mediations.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage caseload independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada.
