Duties:

• Handle employment law cases, including matters related to wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct client interviews and manage client intake for pre-screened cases.
• Lead depositions and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on developing legal strategies and case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the State Bar of California.
