Patent Agent/Technical Advisor (Life Sciences)
The candidate should have biotechnology patent experience in technologies such as biologic drug/immunotherapeutic/stem cell/diagnostics/biomedical engineering. Should have familiarity with patent prosecution, patent portfolio management and lifecycle extension strategies for protecting FDA-approved products, and ideally have experience assisting with IP diligence and pre-litigation/litigation analysis, including prior art searching. Should hold a Ph.D. in the life sciences, and have 1-5 years’ patent-related experience in a relevant life science discipline, will be well-versed in biotechnology patent analysis and possess patent prosecution and IP diligence and/or litigation skills.
