Job Overview
A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate with 2-5 years of experience to join the Post-Grant Proceedings group in Boston, Massachusetts.

Duties

• Conduct invalidity analysis of patents and prior art.
• Draft IPR/PGR petitions and legal and technical arguments/briefing.
• Collaborate with experts and prepare expert testimony.
• Conduct and defend expert depositions.
• Engage in oral advocacy before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Requirements

• Patent litigation experience before the PTAB and/or experience before the USPTO.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
• Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study is preferred.
