Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of insurance recovery and complex business litigation experience. The candidate will work in all phases of complex commercial insurance coverage litigation, as well as on reviewing policies and drafting coverage analyses, corresponding with insurance carriers, negotiating confidentiality agreements, and assisting with, preparing for and attending client meetings, settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations. Must preferably have a variety of experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving commercial property and business interruption, commercial general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability and other coverages. Should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
