The Firm’s Sacramento office is seeking a full-time Labor and Employment Litigation Associate with four to six years of substantive employment litigation experience. This opportunity will allow the associate to take charge of their cases and directly participate in case strategy and client relations, rather than serve as a mere cog in the wheel of a large litigation team. If you are a self-motivated employment litigator and would like to take your career to the next level, we’d like to talk to you.

Our Labor and Employment practice group advises employers in every aspect of traditional employment and labor law from preventative employment counseling to all types of employment disputes and litigation. Our attorneys provide counseling on various matters including, but limited to hiring, wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment prevention, COVID-19 compliance, and statutes such as FEHA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and others. The practice group has had marked success in defending employers, often winning summary judgment or other pre-trial dismissals. The Firm’s trial record is equally distinguished.
