A law firm seeks a dedicated Veterans Disability Attorney in the United States to support veterans and their families through VA disability and pension claims. This role involves guiding clients with compassion and clarity, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Duties

• Manage VA cases from initial contact to final award.
• Develop strategies and gather evidence for client representation.
• Lead a team of paralegals, setting clear KPIs and reviewing work.
• Represent the firm at veterans' groups and community events.
• Collaborate with service officers and community partners.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction; Florida admission preferred.
• VA-accredited or willing to become accredited within 30 days.
• Experience with VA disability and pension claims; courtroom experience at BVA or CAVC is advantageous.
• Proficient with remote-practice tools such as Clio, Lawmatics, and Zoom.
• Willingness to visit Miami-Dade/Broward offices occasionally.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• VA accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
