Marketing Coordinator
The candidate will be responsible for: Assist with drafting content, producing and disseminating marketing-related promotional and client materials, including the firm’s external website, blogs, firm accolade submissions, advertisements, directory listings, pitch materials, presentations, newsletters, client alerts, client letters and firm announcements. Update and maintain website content and social media platforms, including image library and attorney headshots. Distribute press releases and coordinate office media and public relations. Manage targeted marketing lists and act as data steward reviewing and approving information for submission to Contact Management System, ensuring standardization, accurateness and completeness; contribute to the development and execution of a data clean up and maintenance plan. Provide support for client/prospect-facing events. This includes developing invitation lists, mailing invitations, tracking RSVPs, organizing registration, preparing name tags, greeting attendees upon arrival, assembling materials for the event, reserving equipment and facilities, ordering food and beverage, being accessible to address the needs of guests and follow-up as required. Coordinate fulfillment of sponsorships and speaking events and track all related details. Manage inventory of Firm tickets to sporting and other entertainment venues as well as marketing collateral and swag. Assist with activities related to the onboarding of new hires including the ordering of business cards, scheduling of photography, obtaining contact lists and creating marketing related materials. Support Marketing initiatives with other duties as needed. Must have Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field and 2+ years’ experience in law firm marketing. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, Photoshop, InDesign and email marketing programs (e.g. Constant Contact, Exact Target). Should have experience utilizing online social media tools in a professional setting such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and blogging.
