Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will work closely with one of the firm's founding partners whose practice centers around the defense of many of the highest-profile personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and business interruption lawsuits in Texas. Responsibilities will include all aspects of case management, including extensive briefing and motion practice, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and making court appearances. Insurance defense experience is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
