The law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, possess a Colorado law license, and bring at least 5 years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance-related matters. Job Details:

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions.
• Attend hearings in state and federal courts.
• Utilize legal research, writing, and independent thinking skills.
• Handle insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims.
• Construction Defect experience is a plus.
• Employ a "hands-on" approach to research, problem-solving, and client relations.
• Demonstrate comfort with technology.
• Display creativity, positive thinking, and a good sense of humor.
• Foster an outgoing, collegial, and collaborative work style.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.
• 5+ years of solid litigation experience, preferably in insurance-related matters.
• Possession of a license to practice law in Colorado.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Distinguished academics from an ABA Accredited Law School.
• Strong writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from an ABA Accredited Law School.
• License to practice law in Colorado.
