Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and merger control matters, including complex cases involving competition laws.

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust issues.

• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client development.

• Engage with regulatory authorities regarding merger control matters.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.

• Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality legal service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Experience working with clients in high-stakes legal matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in California.

Skills:
