Duties

• Advise on regulatory matters including licensing, product development, and mergers.
• Represent clients before U.S. federal and state regulators.
• Conduct legal research and analysis with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver client-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Experience with banks, fintech companies, and virtual currency platforms.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, BHCA, IBA, and other key financial regulations.
• Strong academic background and legal writing skills.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
