Duties

• Manage and litigate a high volume of premise and personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with the intake team to onboard new clients efficiently.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and firm members.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Must hold a North Carolina State Bar License.
• Experience in premise liability is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• North Carolina State Bar License.

Skills

• Excellent case management and organizational skills.
