2023 Intern - Experience Cloud Product Legal (JD)
The candidate will assist Product Legal with supporting the Marketo and Digital Marketing product teams as they develop and bring to market new technologies and product offerings by helping to identify and resolve privacy, IP, go-to-market, and license compliance issues. Conduct legal research on a wide range of issues regarding existing and future products. Collaborate with subject matter authorities in Adobe's Legal Department, including litigation, patent, antitrust, copyright, privacy security, and licensing attorneys. Contribute to drafting of agreements, including inbound and outbound technology licenses, product documentation, and partnership agreements in support of the Marketo and Digital Marketing product ecosystem. Must be a 2nd-year law student in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA-accredited law school. Must have a strong academic record as well as experience that demonstrates phenomenal promise for a successful career in the legal profession. Must meaningfully contribute to the diversity of the law school student body and, upon entering the legal profession, the legal community.
