Duties

• Assist the Managing Attorney with personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Build strong client relationships to foster trust and confidence.
• Participate in litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
• Maintain organization in case management and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Utah.
• Experience in personal injury helpful, but not required.
• Litigation experience helpful.
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Utah.
