Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters.
• Conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide compassionate guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in family law.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Evidence Code and Family Law Rules of Procedure.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

• Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance empathy with assertiveness in legal proceedings.
