Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for immigration law cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters, including asylum and removal defense.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence with precision.
• Guide and support clients throughout the immigration process.
• Manage multiple case files with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance legal strategies.
• Stay updated on evolving immigration laws and policies.

Requirements

• Active bar membership.
• 0-3 years of experience in immigration law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research.

Preferred qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages.
• Additional experience in specific immigration law specialties.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
